PROJECT
Implementation of a Global Centralized Workflow System for a Manufacturing Company

Background ・Issues
When a major Chinese manufacturing company acquired a portion of a Japanese company's business, issues arose due to the presence of differing global systems and business processes, such as insufficient data integration and increased operational costs. The goal is to integrate the systems of both countries, ensure consistency in the global system, and achieve efficient system operations.
Duration ・Scale
Project Duration: 2 years Personnel Scale: 30 person/month
Services Provided
We conducted an analysis of existing global operations and defined requirements. A globally compliant architecture was designed, and a unified and consistent foundation was established. Based on the requirements defined by the Japanese side, the system was developed by the team in Indonesia, leading to the implementation of Global SAP and the workflow system (Spendia).
Results
A unified global system was implemented, achieving overall system uniformity and consistency while significantly improving operational efficiency. Through collaborative efforts between the teams in Japan and Indonesia, high quality was ensured, and costs were reduced by over 20%.
